Colourpop Brunch Date Eyeshadow Palette – 4 Makeup looks!

I hope that Colourpop will release more palettes in this long sleek packaging because I really like the looks of it! But, it’s not so much about the packaging in this psot off course. The thing that is important is those shades inside and how to use them. This palette is once again a neutral palette with a pop of blue (we have seen quite a few of them lately haven’t we?). This time the blue is a yummy matte blueberry blue and I enjoyed that shade so much. Here are the 4 looks I created:

The blue in this palette is so pretty it was kind of hard not to use it in every look. I had to restrickt myself to not only end up with blue looks in this post. After all there are several pretty shades in this palette!

Creative Makeup Looks #3 – Blue Flowers!

My intention was to do a big post full of makeup looks incorporating all the beautiful wild flowers that grow here during summer. But then kitchen renovation happened, and then my trail riding accident happened, and then suddenly the flowers where all gone. I only mamaged to do two looks using flowers. Not enough to do a big flower power makeup looks post by, but I still wanted to shade them and put them in my creative makeup looks series.

This blue look I made by just doing something simple and added one of my very favorite flowers. Not only do I really appreciate the color and the minimalistic beauty of the flowers but the name even has it’s own beauty. “Forglemmegei” which means Forget-Me-Not (and I do believe that’s what it’s known by in english aswell) is just such an impactful, melancholic and beautiful name. I remember my grandmother was the one to teach me this.

I found it just behind my house, and being one of my favorte flowers this was off course the first one I picked to do a look with.

As usual, Colourpop eyeshadows work really well for me. And I think it’s kind of cool that they did something so summery for their Holiday collection. I tend to find that Colourpop enjoys some irony from time to time.

Trowback Thursday Makeup Looks – Kiko Color Fever Must Have Eyeshadow Palette “02 Elegant Tones”.

This time I am pulling out an old limited edition palette by Kiko for a my throwback thursday. This palette is also a bit on the chopping block because it’s in my current stash or trash and I need to figure out if I will keep this or not. Since I basically never used it since I got it maybe 7 or 8 years ago (my goodness) I figured it deserved to get some dust blown of it.

Either way it’s always good to use a palette you haven’t used for a while. It can be a bit hard to get around to every palette with a big collection, so these throwback Thursday posts are exactly the excuse I need to pull out a good old palette.

Makeup Revolution Re-Loaded Velvet Rose Eyeshadow Palette – 4 Makeup Looks!

What can you expect from a 4£ palette? Well, that’s what I will be showing you today, because these are the look I created with the Makeup Revolution Re-Loaded Velvet Rose Eyeshadow palette. Colourpop Wet Eyeshadow Palette – 4 Makeup Looks!

I love blue, so picking up this palette was a no-brainer. I had it for quite some time now. I actually ordered it the day it was released I just did not get around to do looks with it until now. Makeup Revolution Jewel Collection Opulent Palette – X Makeup Looks!

Creative Makeup Look #1 – Drippin Black!

I want to do another short and sweet blog series where I share creative makeup. It’s not going to be anything long. Just a picture of a more creative look and what products I used. I want to do more creative looks to improve my skills, and working my way through looks to do a palette review don’t always allow me to be the most creative.

Colourpop Good Sport Eyeshadow Palette – 6 Makeup Looks!

Good sport is such a pretty palette with lot’s of pretty shades. I just love the color story in it. Green is kind of my thing so every time a palette has a green in it I am drawn to it, but this one also has some nice orange, purples and yellows along with some bomb looking metallic shades.
